- Visa Debit /ATM card - No joining fee. Annual subscription waived for 1st year
- Visa Platinum Credit card - No issuance fee. Annual fee applies
- ATM charges KSh. 30 per withdrawal at Prime Bank ATM only
- Mobile Banking (PrimeMobi) –Charges as per General Tariff
- Internet Banking (PrimeNet) - One-off charge of KSh. 1,000 on application
