Campaign Overview

This campaign is organized by Prime Bank Limited in conjunction with Radisson Blu Arboretum in celebration of Mother’s Day May 11th 2025. The objective is to engage our online channels Facebook, Instagram, and X by inviting followers to post photos and heartfelt stories about their mothers. The story (comment/post) with the most likes on each of our official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and X) will win a gift.

Eligibility

• The campaign is open to Kenyan residents aged 18 years and above.
• Only one entry per person is permitted per platform.
• Employees of Prime Bank Ltd, Radisson Blu Arboretum Hotel, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win.
• Entries must be original and respectful; offensive or inappropriate content will be disqualified.

Prizes

• The winner on Facebook will receive a complimentary 1 night stay at Radisson Blu Arboretum for themselves and their mother.
• The winner on Instagram will receive a spa voucher for 2 for themselves and their mother at BluSPAce at Radisson Blu Arboretum.
• The winner on X will receive a dinner voucher for 2 for themselves and their mother at Radisson Blu Arboretum.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

How to Enter

Facebook – Complimentary 1 night stay for 2 at Radisson Blu Arboretum Hotel

1. Participants must like the official campaign post on Prime Bank’s verified Facebook page, and follow both Prime Bank & Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence, Nairobi Arboretum on Facebook.
2. Participants must then share a comment with a story of their most cherished memory with their mum, and why she deserves this treat.
3. Participants must include the campaign hashtag #PuttingMumFirst in their comment.

Instagram – Spa Voucher for 2 for BluSPAce at Radisson Blu Arboretum Hotel

1. Participants must like the official campaign post on Prime Bank’s verified Instagram page, and follow @primebankafrica and @radissonblunairobiarboretum on Instagram.
2. Participants must then share a comment outlining why they think their mum deserves to be pampered and win the spa voucher for 2.
3. Participants must include the campaign hashtag #PuttingMumFirst in their comment.

X – Dinner voucher for 2 at Radisson Blu Arboretum Hotel

1. Participants must like the official campaign post on Prime Bank’s verified X page, and follow Prime Bank Africa on X.
2. Participants must then reply sharing why they believe their mother deserves to be celebrated with a dinner for 2.
3. Participants must include the campaign hashtag #PuttingMumFirst in their comment.

Winners

The comment with the highest number of likes on each platform by the campaign closing date May 17th 2025, 5:00pm will be selected as the winner.

Campaign Period

• The campaign will run from May 9th 2025 to May 17th 2025, with the winners announced May 18th 2025.

Verification and Disqualification

• Winners will be required to provide proof of a mother-child relationship (e.g., birth certificate, ID, or other official documentation).
• Prime Bank reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms or appear fraudulent.

Use of Content

• By participating, entrants grant Prime Bank the right to use submitted content (stories, names, images) for marketing and promotional purposes related to this campaign, without further compensation.

General Conditions

• The Bank reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• Decisions made by Prime Bank regarding the selection of winners are final and not subject to appeal.
• This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or X.
