Prime Bank joined the world in marking this year’s Customer Service Week from 5th-9th October.
Under the International theme -Dream Team and National theme – Championing Customer Convenience, the week provided a great opportunity to reinforce its customer-centric culture to customers and recognize excellent service from our frontline staff – the customer service champions.
In line with this year’s theme, Prime Bank Staff developed a schedule of activities to engage and appreciate our partners and customers for their loyalty and patronage during the week.

Nyumbani Children’s Home Visit
The week kicked off with Managing Director Mr. Bharat Jani leading Bank staff in donating foodstuffs hampers worth KShs. 200,000 to Nyumbani Children’s Home.


Appreciating Customers
For their continued loyalty, staff led by Managing Director Mr. Bharat Jani presented them with branded merchandise, thank you cards and shared cake with customers.





Appreciating Customers in the Medical Field
As we grapple with the continued effects of Covid-19 pandemic, healthcare workers, first responders and other essential workers have had to face more risks than most.
Staff took time to personally thank our customers who are providing essential services during this time.

Staff appreciated support staff e.g. cleaners for their excellent services in ensuring clean and sanitized work places and guards for always ensuring security and warm welcome to our customers.

Team Spirit Display by Staff
To reflect the importance of teamwork in providing outstanding service to all customers, staff organized co-ordinated dress codes and took part in a dance challenge dubbed Jerusalema.
