Our Visa Corporate Credit Cards which are Gold, Classic & Platinum Cards can be used by companies both locally and internationally, withdraw cash at ATMs, and for making purchases online or at merchant outlets like shops and restaurants.

Our Cards

  • Classic Card-with credit limit below KShs.250,000.
  • Gold Card -credit limit of KShs. 250,000 and upto 1M.
  • Platinum Card - with credit limit of kShs 1M and above.

Application for the above cards can be made by companies with or without accounts at Prime Bank based on the credit worthiness of the applicant subject to satisfactory due diligence.

Eligibility

Non-Customer

  • Prescribed Application.
  • Memorandum & Articles of association.
  • Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Board Resolution for availing card facility.
  • Two photographs of the persons availing card facility.
  • Copy of PIN certificate.
  • Copy of Directors'/Applicants' ID.
  • Audited accounts for the last 2 years.
  • List of Present Directors.
  • Statement of account for the last 6 months.

Existing Customer

  • Prescribed Application.
  • Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Board Resolution for availing card facility.
  • Two photographs of the persons availing card facility.
  • Copy of Directors'/Applicants' ID.
  • Copy of PIN certificate.
  • List of Present Directors.

Credit Card Charges (All charges attract Excise Duty)
Overlimit Fee 3% of the overlimit amount, which is in excess of the approved Credit Card limit
Late Payment Fee 5% of the minimum amount due on the previous month’s statement
Debit Interest 0.75% per month above the Bank Lending Rate
Cash Withdrawal 5% of the amount withdrawn
Interest Charges 0.75% per month above the Bank Lending Rate

HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD DUES:

1. By Cash/Transfer Cheque/Clearing Cheque at any of our Branches specifying your Card Number
2. You can now pay your credit card dues through “Prime Mobi”, Mobile Banking App:

i) Log in to Prime Mobi
ii) Go to “Services”
iii) Go to “Bill Payment”
iv) Select Biller as “PRIME CREDIT CARD”
v) Submit
vi) In the utility A/C Number enter your 16 digit card number
vii) Enter the amount you want to pay
viii) Submit
ix) Enter your transaction PIN to confirm the transaction

 

3. Pay By MPESA

i) Go to Lipa na M-PESA

ii) Go to Paybill

iii)  Go to Enter Business Number

iv) Type Business Number as 982800

v) Go to Enter Account Number

vi) Type your Credit Card Number as Account Number

vii) Enter your MPESA PIN
